The Red Cross blood donation gift card offer thanks qualifying presenting donors with up to $20 in gift cards for coming to give October 19–November 22, 2026. The offer combines a $10 Amazon gift card by email with 500 bonus Blood Donor Rewards points, redeemable for a separate $10 e-gift card. Participation requires presenting to donate; registering online alone does not earn these rewards.

What the Donor Gift Card Offer Includes
There are two parts to this promotion. The first is a $10 Amazon gift card sent through emailed redemption instructions. The second is a 500-point bonus added through Blood Donor Rewards. Those bonus points can be exchanged for a $10 e-gift card through your donor account. The second card requires redemption; the promotion does not promise one automatic $20 Amazon gift card.
The official offer page invites appointments for blood, platelets and AB Elite plasma. Its bonus-point terms cover American Red Cross donation procedures during the promotional window. Donors can also earn standard points for successful procedures, separately from this promotional bonus. Your donor account shows the rewards available to you.
How to Participate
- Open the official promotion using the button above and review its current terms.
- Choose the appointment option and search for a donation opportunity using your ZIP code or sponsor code.
- Select an appointment within October 19–November 22, 2026, and review the eligibility information for your donation type.
- Check that your American Red Cross donor profile contains your correct email address, then attend your appointment and complete the donor screening process.
- Watch for the promotional gift-card email and check your donor account for points. Redeem the separate points-based e-gift card through Blood Donor Rewards when available.
Creating an account gives you access to your points and redemption options. Rewards membership has no fee, but an account by itself does not qualify you for the donor promotion. For points, the program requires attending a drive or donation center and completing the health-history portion of the donation process.
When the Email and Bonus Points Arrive
The promotional $10 Amazon gift-card redemption instructions are expected approximately 30 days after the attempted donation. They go to the email address listed on your donor profile. This is separate from the points timeline, so the two parts of the offer may arrive at different times.
The promotion says points are awarded within seven days. After you redeem 500 points for a $10 e-gift card, the rewards program says to allow up to 48 hours for that redemption email. Check your spam folder if it has not appeared. A valid donor-profile email is needed to receive the reward.
Eligibility and Important Limits
The gift-card terms apply to presenting donors who receive this offer and present during the specified dates. The promotion is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Its stated limit is one per presenting donor unless otherwise indicated. When multiple offers apply, donors receive the higher offer unless an exception is specified; this promotion expressly includes the additional 500-point bonus.
Unsuccessful attempts, including deferrals, have separate point limits within a rolling 365-day period: two whole-blood deferrals, two Power Red deferrals, three plasma deferrals and five platelet deferrals. The rewards program requires completion of the health-history portion, so do not assume that booking or arriving without completing that process earns points.
Donor screening still determines whether you can donate. Review the Red Cross eligibility guidance and discuss questions with its staff rather than assuming you qualify because you received a promotion. Merchant restrictions apply to the gift cards, and the cards are not cash. Review the official offer before making your appointment, particularly near the November 22 deadline.
