How the Points Work
Eligible in-shop and app purchases earn points toward the current Rewards menu. Options advertised by Krispy Kreme include an Original Glazed doughnut, other classic doughnuts, coffee or hot chocolate, three-count doughnut packs, six-count packs and dozens. Point requirements differ by reward, and the company may revise the menu.
Points are generally added after a qualifying purchase, typically within 24 hours according to Krispy Kreme’s terms. Points can expire after 365 consecutive days of account inactivity. Redeemed rewards generally expire 30 days after appearing in your account unless the particular offer says otherwise.
Birthday Perks and Other Member Offers
The program also advertises a birthday gift, double points on your membership anniversary and exclusive offers through the app. The exact birthday item, eligibility conditions and timing should be checked in your Rewards account rather than assumed from an older promotion. These perks are separate from the new-member doughnut offer.
Important Conditions Before You Order
Rewards are redeemed through participating Krispy Kreme locations and supported ordering channels. For in-store redemption, the terms explain that members can present their account barcode or provide their phone number and identify the reward they wish to use. In the app or website, you may need to apply the reward to an eligible order and add the matching item to your cart.
Not every Krispy Kreme location participates in every program feature. Purchases from grocery and convenience-store partners are not necessarily eligible for the same Rewards points as direct Krispy Kreme orders.
