Wellness Pet is currently running a limited-time free sample promotion for Wellness Protein Bowls. U.S. residents can enter their details on the official offer page to request a sample while supplies last. Wellness says sample recipes are sent as a random assortment, and it cannot accommodate recipe requests or food-sensitivity or allergy requests for this giveaway.

1. How the Free Wellness Protein Bowls Sample Works
Wellness Pet is currently offering a free sample of Wellness Protein Bowls through a limited-time promotional page. The offer is separate from Wellness Pet’s normal customer-service policy, which generally states that the company does not routinely offer product samples. This particular promotion is active on the brand’s own website and specifically invites visitors to enter their details to receive a free sample. Because the promotion is limited and available only while supplies last, it should be treated as a temporary freebie rather than an ongoing sample program.
2. Who Can Request the Free Dog Food Sample?
The official offer page states that samples can only be shipped to U.S. residents. That makes the promotion unavailable to addresses outside the United States at this time. The page does not state that a purchase is required to request the sample. As with most limited product promotions, submitting the form does not mean the offer will remain available indefinitely. If the form is still active and accepting entries, follow the current instructions shown on Wellness Pet’s website.
3. How to Sign Up for the Sample
Use the button above to open the official Wellness Pet promotional page. Scroll to the sample signup section and enter the requested details. The page describes the process simply: enter your information and get a sample of Wellness Protein Bowls. Review the privacy and marketing consent language before submitting so you understand how your information may be used. Only use the official Wellness Pet page for this offer, and avoid third-party websites that ask you to pay for access to a supposedly free sample.
4. What Are Wellness Protein Bowls?
Wellness Protein Bowls are shelf-stable wet dog food meals sold in resealable 6.2-ounce pouches. Wellness describes the recipes as slow-cooked meals made with real protein as the first ingredient, along with visible vegetables and grains. The current line includes multiple recipes featuring proteins such as chicken, beef, duck, turkey, salmon, and lamb. The products are formulated as complete and balanced meals for adult dogs, and unused portions should be refrigerated after opening and served within the time listed on the package.
5. Which Recipe Will You Receive?
Wellness says samples in this giveaway will contain a random assortment of recipes. That means participants should not expect to choose a specific flavor or protein. The company also states that recipe requests cannot be accommodated. Because the exact sample may vary, avoid promising one particular Protein Bowls recipe in social posts or featured-image text. The safest description is simply a free Wellness Protein Bowls dog food sample, with the understanding that the recipe sent may differ from what another participant receives.
6. Important Allergy and Food Sensitivity Warning
The offer page includes an important warning for pet owners whose dogs have food sensitivities or allergies. Wellness says it cannot accommodate food-sensitivity or allergy requests for this giveaway. Since the sample recipe is random, owners should carefully review the ingredient list before feeding the product to their dog. If your pet has a medically managed diet, known ingredient allergy, or other dietary restriction, it may be better to skip the sample unless the specific product you receive is appropriate for your dog.
7. Is a Purchase Required?
The specific promotional page presents the item as a free sample and does not list a purchase requirement. This is important because Wellness Pet’s general FAQ separately states that the company does not normally offer samples. The current Protein Bowls giveaway is therefore best described as a limited promotional exception rather than a permanent free-sample policy. The promotion is available while supplies last, so the signup form may close without a fixed advance expiration date once the available samples are gone.
8. Final Thoughts
This limited-time Wellness Protein Bowls sample is a strong physical pet freebie for U.S. dog owners who want to try a current wet-food product without buying a full package first. Use the official offer page, submit the requested information, and claim the sample while supplies last. Remember that recipes are randomly assorted and allergy or sensitivity accommodations are not available. Because Wellness does not provide a fixed end date, check the live offer page promptly if you are interested.
