What does free membership include?
InboxDollars connects members with surveys and opportunities from participating advertisers. Creating an account is separate from completing an earning activity. Each activity has its own conditions, and some advertiser offers require a purchase or payment card.
Members may also complete paid profile surveys. InboxDollars uses these answers to help match members with relevant surveys, cash offers and other opportunities. Profile survey rewards appear under Cash Surveys in Current Earnings, with descriptions such as General Profile, Interest Survey or Household Survey.
Profile surveys receive credit only once. InboxDollars asks members to keep their interests updated to improve matching. The program also requires accurate, complete information during registration, profile surveys and other activities.

Membership and advertiser offer requirements
Members must reside in the United States while using their accounts. InboxDollars prohibits duplicate accounts, including multiple accounts within the same household or mailing address, and multiple accounts using the same computer, device or IP address. VPNs and other methods used to hide a member’s location are prohibited.
Advertiser offers may involve free registration, completing specified activities, a purchase or a trial. The full advertiser terms explain what qualifies for credit and any payment obligations. Free InboxDollars membership does not make every advertiser promotion cost-free.
Cash offers generally cannot be completed more than once unless stated otherwise. Previously completing the same activity directly with an advertiser or through another website can make it ineligible for credit through InboxDollars. First-time customer requirements apply unless the offer states an exception.
Credits are issued after the advertiser or survey provider reports qualifying activity. Crediting times vary by offer. InboxDollars recommends keeping confirmation and welcome emails because they may help with a missing-credit inquiry. Its guidance also states that advertiser approval determines whether an activity receives credit.
When can members request payment?
InboxDollars currently lists a minimum balance of $15 for a first payment request. Additional payment requests can be made at $10 or higher increments, using the redemption denominations available. The $5 signup bonus alone therefore does not meet the first-payment threshold.
To redeem, members select Request Payment and choose an available option. The payment guide lists gift cards and PayPal, with prepaid Visa available when offered in the redemption area. Gift cards are virtual rather than mailed, and InboxDollars states that virtual gift cards have no additional fee.
PayPal requests require the full name and email address on the InboxDollars account to match the PayPal account. InboxDollars also requires PayPal verification. Members must keep their account details current, including the mailing address required by the program. Processed payment requests cannot be reversed, refunded or stopped.
